Angelgirl as I use to call her was a blessing from the start.
She came to us at the store I worked at.
She had been hit in the highway outside.
We took her home thinking she would never live.
She showed us. She lived for over two years after that.
She was hard to keep up with and was very much a
free spirit.
Although she never could walk with her back legs because when
she was hit it broke her backbone;
she still managed to pull herself around
with her front legs.
We once made her a wagon that
she could use to pull herself with.
She didnt like it at all.
She loved to be free with no help at all.
She didnt need anyone to help her.
She was so full of energy.
She loved for me to take her on walks
and most of all she loved to swim.
We have a pond and if you didnt take her down
to the pond she would just go
by herself and cool off.
I miss her deeply.
She was the sweetest kindest
dog I have ever known.
People always said that I should have her put to sleep
and I would have if she had been suffering.
Angel you will always be missed
and I know that you are in a greater place
and using all four of the legs God had given you.
I love you deeply.
