Old English Mastiff
Once upon a time there was a giant. This particular giant was a
200 lb mastiff. He came to our home as an 8 week old puppy a very
large puppy. We all lived together happily ever after. But the day came
when the gentle giant could no longer walk or stand or sit by himself.
The decision to let him go was so painful tears still come to our eyes .
How will we ever fill the huge hole you've left Brutus. We see you in
the yard in the field. Everything about you was big your sweetness,
gentleness playfulness courage and friendship and loyalty.
We stayed by your side as you were always at our side until the end.
May there be a heaven for dogs and enough room for you there.
The 12 years you were with us was a gift and an honor and a pleasure.
You will join Clyde again and the two of you will be inseparable
again as you were in life.
