Sabrina was rescued in 1988 from a dog pound in Michigan. I went with my Mom who wanted to rescue an abused dog after she saw an ad in the paper for her. Someone who went to visit the dogs there knew she had been abused and needed a chance and placed an ad in the paper for someone to try and rescue her- she crawled right into my lap and we were best friends for the rest of her life.
Sabrina had a very gentle spirit and loved to play and enjoyed her life with us. Sabrina got cancer and on July 6th I had to make that decision for her to help her go to the bridge as she was in pain and needed help. It was one of the hardest days of my life. Sabrina will never be forgotten so she will never be gone. I know I will see her again one day.
I will miss her.
