Samantha was a special little girl. She was given to me in 1977 as they would have dumpted her off. Her nickname was Perkulator as she snored (as most pugs do). She was my best friend my companion and my child. She began having the first stages of spinal cord degeneration but she rallied but in August of 1985 I let her out and her back went out so I thought for her sake the time was near.
A co-worker built her a casket and I gave her the unselfish and unconditional love she deserved. She was put to sleep in my arms.
I know her spirit is with me
and one day we will
all be together.
