HONEY by Jerry & Susan Cartmill / Mommy, Daddy, Brandi & Tinker

Our Precious little Honey,

You were our bright and shining star for so many years and your love remains with us even though physically you have gone. You were our protector, our little guardian and such a great little angel girl. You were our precious “doe” eyes. Your little head and ears were so very soft and you were so loving.

You would greet everyone by sitting up so straight and pretty and when you were younger and feeling better, you would beg, roll over and shake for your treats. What a treasure you were!

Remember when we would throw your ball and you would run all the way from one end of the house to the other to catch it then on your way back you would do your little “hop” over the threshold of the door? That was so cute and one of our most treasured memories! My sweet little girl, putting you down was so very hard for us but you were so tired and you let us know that you were ready to go. You had been our baby for so long.

You came to us as my Mother’s furbaby but with time and Mother’s crossing over, you became our own little one. I have a feeling that Mother is taking care of you now and I know you are doing all the tricks she taught you just to show her you still can. (Oh yea, be sure to do your ELVIS impersonation for her!)You lived a very long and full life my little sweet, and your presence is still here with us and will be for a very long time. We miss you so much, Honey.

Mother had no idea when she named you that you would live up to your name so admirably! If ever there was a precious pet that deserved that name, it was you. We will miss your sweet face forever but you are tucked away in our hearts along with all our love for you.

Love to Buddy & Coco and all our other babies that have gone on before and be sure to give Grandmother and Granddaddy a kiss for us.

Missing you so much, Honey Bun!
