Kasha,
You were simply the best dog on the planet. When we got you at Christmas the year we got married, we loved you so very much. You have been our joy and our source of happiness. You were the only reason I got out of bed some days – I knew you were depending on me to care for you. And you always gave us love. But you got so very sick, angel. You gave us almost 13 years of love, but your little body just couldn’t hold on any longer. So we did the only thing we could think to do, which was to release you from your pain and send your spirit to the Rainbow Bridge.
We know that you are there waiting for us, with your “sock of power” firmly held in those toofers of yours. We’ll see you again, Boofer-girl. We love you and we’ll always miss you.
