Gracie by Anthony Vitelli / Anthony

My dear punkin, I miss you so. Our eight years together went so fast, but I have so many happy memories.

I wanted to give you a good, warm, happy life, and tried my best. When the end came, I wanted it to be happy and peaceful for you. I am glad you got to come home for one last day and I was so glad to spend it with you making you comfortable.

We were together through so many good times, and a few hard times, but you were always there for me, and hearing your purr made me realize that things would always get better. I can’t thank you enough for your love. I hope you realized how much I loved you.

Matt and I still laugh when we think of you. You were such a happy, pleasent, funny girl. A true friend.

You’re in heaven now, and your pain is gone and all is well. I miss you very much, but I was happy to be able to relieve your pain and stress. I know you are at peace and purring.

I miss that constant purr. It never seemed to stop, and it let me know that you were happy. That’s all I wanted.

Please remember me, and I will see you again someday. You’ll always be my punkin.

I love you!
