Hi Tiger,
It’s hard to believe it’s been nine years since you passed away. And in those nine years I’ve never stopped missing you, never stopped grieving for my lost mate. So now I want to pay tribute to you.
You were very special to me, Tiger, because you were the first pet I had to hold in my life. You were undying in your loyalty to your family, and were always ready to play and you had an incredible ability to brighten my day, no matter how dark things were.
Many times when I leave my house in the mornings I can often see you sitting on the front lawn, always in your favorite spot, then coming down the driveway when I come home. I was always glad to return home after a long day because I knew you would be there waiting for me.
I’ll always miss you, Tiger. To me, you were my best friend, but to the neighborhood cats, you were the ‘boss of all tom cats’. I’m sure you had them all running scared! Oh, the countless nights you came in after challenging another cat and I would have to clean your ears and nose from bleeding scratches and bites. I miss being able to protect you, from the heat and the cold.
If I could have one wish, it would be to have you back with me, Tiger. I would give anything possibly just to hold you again like I used to, to stroke your soft fur.
I know you are among God’s angels now, Tiger. And you’ll always live on in my heart. Never gone if never forgotten. I love you my Tiger.
I'll Love You Always 'Tigs',
