Sam you came to us in October 2007 we fetched you from a rescue centre in Shrewsbury, you jumped up the kennel you was in barking when you saw me and i was smitten with you.
I took you home and gave you a bath you never let me give you a proper bath after that bless you but i loved you the same. We had a special bond you and me you went everywhere with me to my caravan on our walks it was great and you loved the car. We had loads of happy times and i made you feel loved and treated you as my baby which you were, you had such a hard life before you came to me how your cruel owners could do what they did to you i will never know but i gave you the life you deserved i just wish i had longer then 5 years with you.
The last week of your life you suffered i prayed and prayed that the tablets would work and make you better but they didnt you were paralised in your back legs so i had to make that horrible decision to end your pain it broke my heart but i new it was the right think to do to free you from pain and let you rest in peace.
I have wonderful memories of you and photos I love you so much and miss you so much my life is so empty i’m finding it very hard at the moment without you. Your are with Jack now your older brother who unfortunately you didnt get to meet i hope he is looking after you and you both miss me as much as i miss you both.
I will say bye for now my baby Sammy I love you so much and miss you so much thank you for 5 wonderful years forever in my heart never ever forgotton.
