From the day I brought you to our home,
you filled our lives with a joy that was beyond words.
I got you when you were only 6 days old. You were more
than just our pet, you were our baby
and we were the only Family you had ever known.
Although our time together was short,
we couldn’t have loved you more if we had been together
for a hundred years.
I am so sorry for what had to happen.
I hope you forgive me.
There are no words to explain the emptiness
that we feel in our hearts right now –
you have left a hole in our lives that is too big to fill.
We pray you are happy.
And I yearn for the day we will be together again.
