Rocky was an inside dog but for some reason when I let him outside yesterday as I usually did he never made it back in. We found him next to our grill in our back yard lying on his side with his eyes close it was as if he’d fell asleep.

I just keep wishing and thinking had I not let him outside he’d still be with us today, or If I’d just waited or check on him 2 mins sooner maybe he would’ve made it. I miss him so much! Rocky what a great joy you brought to our lives! We love you so much and will miss you more then you’ll ever know. The 9 years you were apart of our lives flew by but with wonderful memories. You will never be forgotten-you were such a loyal, kind and sweet dog who loved life.

You were the only dog I’d ever had and could talk to like a person and you understood exactly what I was saying. You’d seen a lot in your lifetime from Germany to KY to SC were you know RIP. I wish I could bring you back and if I could I would. I know your in a better place and as time goes on I will remember your big brown eyes and your bark and how you’d snore and keep me company in times of need.It broke our heart to lose you but we know you didn’t go alone for a part of us went with you the day God took you home!
