Where my beloved dog and friend maybe? You’re free like the wind now, not able to be seen but always felt all around. Spencer, I told you so many times not to leave the yard, and punished you so many times for it, and you not understanding why you were being punished, for it was my heart and hearts of others that feared the loss of you, like the getting hit by that car, the truth is that you cannot control the will of others and certainly not yours.
Only wanting to play, you would play with yourself most of the times but loved to play with others more, human or animals, even your make believe friend we said you must of had. I guess watching the outside world before you was to tempting, like all curious minds you made me remember my childhood heart so many times when I would watch you play.
Our last night together we had our last car ride together, you made me so proud, you were so well behaved, not like the time you took my Big Mac from my hand and Daddy crashed the car. What I would do just one more time to see you take my Big Mac from my hand while I was driving.
I promise I wouldn’t get mad at you cause I know now they were your favorite, But Daddy’s sometimes don’t share. Spencer may your blue eyes shine their way into Gods eyes now, and you can share your love with others who need it. Goodbye for now my Best Friend, until we meet again. Now I wait for our next great adventure together, may we recognize each other when our paths cross again and we will have the best adventure of all.
You were loved by all who met you,
but will be missed by the ones
who loved you most,
Your Mommy, Your Daddy,
most of all your big brother Michael
Love Always,
Your BooBoo Daddy.
