My dear friend was 14+ years old.
My house is now empty but my heart is full of
memories and love.
In my world and thoughts I will see her again.
I try not to grieve but I must let the sorrow out.
I will fill another place in my heart with another pet
but she will always hold a spot in my life.
I held her as she passed and I told her I loved her.
I ask the question why do pets not live long.
People have been telling me "wow she lived a long life"
but not in my eyes.
I will miss you Chelsea and I will see you again
