Delilah: My beautiful Cocker Spaniel companion. I worked with elderly shut-ins and I could never enter their home without them asking me where Delilah was and so it began that I never left her behind. She always looked forward to her day’s work. The love she had for me and my clients was so beautiful. All she ever asked was for love and she certainly had that. Everyone loved the way she was always by my side. It was so devastating to all of us when she became crippled and could not walk. The pain was too much for both of us to bear, so she went to Rainbow Bridge where I know she waits for me. She was my best friend and the love of my life. I still miss her to this day.
