Duncan, the memory of taking you home as a pup happened only yesterday, but here we are today saying our goodbye’s. We remember all the things both big and small that make us smile when we think of you, and proud to tell everyone,
you are our dog.
We remember each nickname, you earned, starting with “Big Boy” to “My Pup-Pup”, and “Mr. Serious”, to “Pee-Pee eye”, and “Bump in the Head”, down to “My beautiful Boy”. And how you went beyond being our dog, to become a caring member of our family. Dunky, you got to know and miss Rufus, as you got to know Toby. Now he misses you. Our wish is you’re in Heaven, with everyone that knew and loved you, and that we may all someday be together again. Until that day, find comfort in this, you’re deeply missed and forever loved!
