This is for our Fwanty. We had to put her to sleep today, two months shy of her 20th birthday. I am glad we chose to stay with her, so she left this world in our arms. She had lost a lot of weight and could barely eat the turkey and Temptations (her favorites) we gave her the last day. We knew it was her time to go. Everyone says she had a long and happy life but it doesn’t lessen the pain.
We buried her in a beautiful place high on a hill, overlooking the Mississippi. We put her in a spot where the sun would shine on her everyday, since she loved being so warm.
Franky, we love you so very much and will always remember you. I know I will miss you, everyday.
We love you with all of our hearts!
