Feline

Inky was a stray

brought into PAWS a local shelter.

She was an older cat and still needed to be spayed.

After being spayed

she was brought to the pet store

I was managing to be adopted out.

She was not the most adoptable kitty

so I ended up adopting her for the store

the bringing her home on 9-26-98.

Tho there were the usual getting to know each other

problems with our other two cats

she fitted in quite nicely.

Her greatest joy was outside and food

and formed a bond with us that allowed us

to show her how much we loved her.

She stopped eating just before Christmas

and we started force feeding her

and we found out it was liver cancer by 1-8

and by 1-11 it was time to let her go.

5 mins. before she passed

she stood up and gave us four weak meows

thanking us and telling us she loved us...

I was petting her head as she passed.

We will never forget the joy she brought into our lives...

and will never truly be gone

as she will always be in our hearts...

WE LOVE YOU INKY...

BE A GOOD GIRL.

AND DON'T IRRITATE TOO

MANY OFF UP THERE >^,,^<
