Jake,
I miss you so much with all my heart. Not a day goes by that I don’t feel that a part of me is missing. You were such a wonderful little guy and I will never forget you. Mommy is sorry that I could not save you this time. Rest in peace and I will see you in Heaven.
P.S. Daddy misses his little guy too.
