"Jessie"
July 1988 ----- February 29 2000
Blue Heeler
On Monday Feb. 29th I came home and found
my beautiful blue heeler Jessie
dead in his favorite bed
I made for him.
I thought he was just in a deep sleep;
he looked so peaceful.
He was going to be 12 years
old this July and I miss him so much.
He was my constant companion
through all the changes in life.
He was my angel on earth.
I need to still feel he is here with me.
The house is so quiet without my buddy.
I held him and petted him for hours.
His fur was soaked with my tears.
I feel like I have lost my world
because I have lost my Jessie bear.
I will love you forever and ever my precious Jessie.
