I remember the day we picked you up from the City of Dallas Animal shelter. You were an eight week old bundle of energy with whom Ricky fell in love, but Jill wanted this cute little girl kitty with a beautiful coffee and white coat. Mama was crying, so she couldn’t make any decisions, so, after much prodding from both of the kids, I chose both you and your new sister, Emily. From that day forward you never had a bad day in your life and you made our lives so much brighter. There are many apartment maintenance people who can attest your willingness to help and even a police officer or two who needed a lint brush after you were finished with them.
You are now with God and Heaven just got a great one. I know you are up there sniffing your favorite treats (Pounce chicken flavor) from God’s hand and God is saying “C’mon, Josh, while we’re young!
We hold you in our hearts forever.
