Our dearest Lucy Bear and Kitty Bear,
How sad Mommy and Daddy are without you. We miss your cute sweet little faces so much.
We always knew that someday we would have to give you up but we never expected to loose you within a day apart. Saying goodbye was the hardest thing for us to do but it was out of the greatest love for you that we could not let either of you suffer. To pass with dignity was perhaps the final gift of love we could offer.
Our hearts are broken but we are comforted at least that you are together forever in heaven along with the first little angel we lost to cancer years ago and that we will be with each of you again someday.
We will cherish forever the memories we’ll always have of the 21 and 15 years we were so fortunate to have your love and affection.
Words could never express how lost we feel without you and we love you so much. We are so thankful that we were able to take care of you throughout and also thankful that we could be with you at the very end of your journey. I just don’t know what to do without you except keep loving you and missing you terribly.
