Dear Mom and Dad,
I seen a rainbow the day the angel called for me,
I looked up at the sky so blue…could it really be?
A fuzzy face appeared up in the clouds,
shining so very bright,
Yes it was our little Chipper, surrounded with heavenly light.
“Come with me” he said as his eyes filled up with tears,
I know this isn’t easy dad…I am here to calm your fears
I knew right then, as I looked into his eyes,
Although it hurt so bad, I knew it was time
to say my goodbyes.
Please know I am here for you
whenever harm comes your way,
I will always remember how we used to play.
So Mom, please do not worry for me, please do not cry…
I have little angel wings now, Daddy, I can fly!
We Love You PJ and always will. You were our first little boy and we will cherish you for the rest of our lives. You gave strength, hope, and unconditional love that will never be forgotten. You brought so much joy to our lives with your affection and devotion. We miss you terribly everyday and can’t wait until we see you again. We love love you!
