You were the dog of all dogs! I still to this day think you were human. You were always my dog and I will remember how much you loved me. You were a gentle dog but you would protect me and I would protect you. I loved it more then you did when I would turn the corner from work and youd be on the porch. I’d call your name and you’d start peeing. You were so excited I was home. You were a big dog but my lap dog. Even when your legs got weak you’d make it to my room to sleep with me.
When I grew up and had to move oh how I wanted to take you with me but you had your home. I’ll never forget you and I’ll never love the way I loved you! You will always be in my heart and I will see you at rainbow bridge someday!
