Rosie was our Baby Girl from day one. Gene brought her home just before Scottie our Baby Boy Poodle turned 2. He was so excited. He thought Daddy had brought him a live toy to play with. The first thing she did was smack his nose.
We lost Rosie on Memorian Day May 28 2001. Her death was sudden. She had an anurisum and her lungs filled with fluid. She did not suffer. There was nothing we or the Vet. could have done.
We brought her home and buried her in the back yard close to the bedroom where we all slept. Then Gene brought home a red rose bush to put at her head. It has only been a week now. I don’t think the tears will ever stop but we are trying.
Gene and I are grand parents now. So Rosie and Scottie are our new family. We will always miss her and love her. Scottie is lonely now. But we are giving him lots of love and attention. He’s playing with his toys again. The way he did before she came to live with us. We only pray that he will be with us for a long time to come.
I’m sure that God has a place for Rosie. She was loved and spoiled and had a wonderful 6 years with us.
