Thru thick and thin you were always there. A shadow in the background, a shadow at my side. You came into my life as a stray soul and adopted me as yours. You shared my good times, my bad times. Always at my side with few complaints. We grew up together. We learned together, we ate together. You have now crossed the rainbow bridge and are free to roam. I will always miss my Shadow now and forever. Rest easy, my Friend.
