Greetings to all that have come far and wide to see the pets within this site. This is our little spot on the site..
Here we have our green iguana Simmon.. We miss him in so many ways.. When he came to use we were not sure of his age, but he was about 5 foot long with his tail.. He liked to climb on most things, he had his own room, cause he was so big, we had good food for him, and heat lights.. even tho they got pricey .. cause he would always find a way to knock them out and we would have to go buy more, so we had got him a heat rock once, put a blanket over it, so he would not burn him self.. but all and all, he seemed to like living with us.. shy.. but my cutey.. I remeber him freaking out the people on the street, they would walk in, look at him, and run out..chuckles.. and well our dog would just bark at him.. but he did not really do much.. with her.. Well this is how we all will always remeber him, as our first ever green iguana just like our dinosaur.. a friend for life, as he is problay up a tree someplace in heaven being a good boy for once.. *giggles*
He was our pet, our friend.. we miss him greatly.. he died R.I.P. in summer 2003.. We love him so much, i got my first tattoo of him the year after.. to remeber him by.. Rest in peace our friend.. We cryed alot, We thought alot, he is always on our minds.. We have him buried out in our backyard underneath the pine tree at the back, We were guessing he was around 7 years old when he died… so he did not have a long life, but he was very treasured by the familys that cared for him along the way..
