Chickens and Ducks

To all of you

I know people say "just ducks and chickens"

but all three of us miss you so much.

Scout we miss your crowing

and to all "the girls"

we miss watching you sun on the deck.

Cordi I never had a chicken that thought I was her best friend.

To all of the babies

and

Smokey I'm so sorry your lives were so short.

The fire has changed all of our lives

and we so regret having to leave you at the house

but the evacuation came so quick.

Anyway we love you all.

Thanks for making our lives such a happy place.

See you at the rainbow bridge my friends.
