Toby by Gus Papademetrious / Gus and Louise

Toby was the kind of cat anyone would love; affectionate, playful, obedient, loved to be held and petted.

A typical day in our lives went as follows: At night she would sleep in bed with me on the pillow next to me and after a little petting and purring we both would
fall peacefully asleep together.

In the morning I would feel the soft touch of a paw on my arm telling me it’s time for us to get up. As soon as I walked in the kitchen she would let out a cute meow for her breakfeast.

In the evening I would say to her: “Do you want a snack” and she would scream a loud meow till I gave it to her.

With a harness and a long leash tied to a revolving center post she loved being outside in my back yard chasing bugs that flew by.

I had 8 precious loving years with Toby until she became sick because of cancer and had to be put to sleep. I cried like a baby the day I took her to be put asleep and will never forget her as long as I live.

With love to our dear Toby,
Toby
