Our Dear Sweet Willow,
It seems as if you have been with us forever..how hard it is to look outside and not see you there. We had seen an ad in the paper years ago for puppies! that were being given away to loving homes…We drove out to the country and when Todd (Daddy) picked you up, he couldn’t put you down!
We came home with you and you became a member of our happy family..Colton was only a year old himself! How he loved being “tackled” by you..You and Colton were the “same size” it seemed..and Grandma always said,
“A boy always needs a dog to love.”
Along came our other children, Brooke & Grayson and how you became their best friend, and toy! Brooke would use you as her pillow and Grayson could give you bear hugs! You always protected them & you let us know when the kids got too close to the back fence! We will remember how you could catch the frisbee and the way you would play
with the milk jug we would throw to you!
You will always be in our hearts.
Your kind face, those big brown eyes, your gentle ways with any child. You will have fun now running with Toto in Heaven…Grandma will take care of you. Our hearts will always hold a special place for you. Have fun running through the meadows and splashing in the lake!
