Dear Sam,
It's been a year since you left me
for your journey to THE RAINBOW BRIDGE.
Not 1 day goes by that I don't think of you and
remember all the trials and tribulations
WE went through together.
I never would have made it
if you had not been there to give me
the strength and courage to be like you..A SURVIVOR!
We had 14 years together the longest relationship I've ever had in my life.
Thank-you for always excepting me for who I am.
