" Winston "

My favorite cat Winston passed away on April 2nd from heart failure.
He was having respiratory problems for a couple of days and
I tried to take care of him and get him help.
But on April 2nd he could hold on no longer and passed.
Every day I feel his presence and miss him so much.
I made a poem for him to remember him by and
it goes like this:
My Little Winston

My little Winston was my precious little friend,
Whom I will never forget until the very end,
He was so sick and weak yet trying so hard,
To stick it out so he could play in my yard.
You were a bright light in my life,
And Elvira misses you too,
Somehow we will survive,
As you would have wanted us to.
So good-bye little buddy,
As you are in Heaven above,
I know that you were aware,
That you were very much loved!
