On Thursday December 31 I found myself
doing the hardest thing I've ever done in my life.
I had to have Toby my cat put to rest. He was my best friend
my companion and my source of unconditional
love for 14 1/2 years. I knew it would hurt but I was
not prepared for it to hurt THIS bad.
The emptiness and sense of loss is overwhelming.
The pain is so deep I don't know if it'll ever go away.
My heart goes out to all of us that have
lost a beloved friend.
