Our Dearest Snickers
I can't begin to tell you just how much we miss you and love you.
Life isn't the same with out you here. You were always so happy and brought
so much joy to our lives that we can't help the tears that flow everyday!
We miss sharing food with you sleeping next to you hearing you
ruffle under the bed trotting around the house like royalty running
through the back yard like lightning and cuddling with us.
You never lost the puppy playfulness yet you were a gentle as can be.
When I close my eyes at night your the last thing that I see before
I go to sleep. I am so sorry that you had to leave us so young.
It happened so fast that I never got to say good-bye until you were gone
and I was holding you. You don't have to suffer from those horrible
seizures any longer. No more medicine.
If I had to do it all over again I would just to have had you even if it was
for a short time. The flowers on your grave in the back yard bloom everyday
and are beautiful - just as you were. We visit you everyday and
miss you more than words can say.
Thank you for all of the wonderful memories and happiness
that you gave to us everyday.
Thank you for truly being a best friend.
