Chow Chow
We got Shawna as a Christmas present
when she was only 8 weeks old and
just a tiny ball of fuzz.
We fell in love with her at once
and she was the light of our life.
She went everywhere with us and
loved to ride in the bed of the truck.
When she saw Daddy lowering the truck bed
she would begin jumping up and down and talking to us.
We could tell her to stay and she would stay
in that truck bed until we told her to go.
We took her for walks (she took me) and everyone
that saw her exclaimed on how beautiful she was.
She was our precious darling
and we loved her so much.
We got so much enjoyment out of watching
her chase butterflies and bugs.
On February 2 at the age of 17 years
we lost our little girl to old age.
We rushed her to the vet but there was nothing he could do
but put her out of her suffering.
We buried her in our pet cemetery underneath
an apple tree in our back yard and plan to put a stone
on her grave with her name and
date of birth and death. Shawna our precious baby
Mommy and Daddy misses you and
you will be in our hearts forever.
Wait for us at the Rainbow Bridge where we will meet again
forever this time.
Sadly missed by Mommy Daddy and
all of your other little fuzzy friends
that lived with you and played with you.
