Dog
Dazzle you were the best dog ever;
you had so much love for the kids
and would let them do anything to you
without a growl but you protected
our home like a pitbull.
You only bit 2 people in yer life and
I didn't like either one of them and somehow you knew.
We still laugh about it when we think of you.
The hardest part of losing you was
how you waited just until I got home from work
before you passed on
just so you could tell me goodbye.
Being a man I don't cry much
but I am not ashamed to tell anyone
I still cry when I think of you!!
