Chocolate We All Miss You!
I made this page to be a tribute to our cat Chocolate.
She lived to be 12 or 13 years old. We are not sure exactly.
We used to live about 4 miles from where our house is now.
Our neighbors were mean and cruel. They were the original owners
of Chocolate. When they moved out we adopted Chocolate.
She was about 1 or 2 years old when we adopted her.
Ever since then she was one of the family.
Whenever we would take our dog out on a walk she would
walk with us she didn't even have to wear a collar.
As far back as I remember there was always a playful little
gray cat running around the neighborhood chasing birds
and rabbits or just laying happily in the sun.
She was a friend to anyone that would pick her up and pet her.
She and our dog became good friends. One time when a mean
cat came wandering through our neighborhood.
Chocolate and our dog Calli chased the cat away.
We haven't seen him since. My good friend who was nervous
around cats even liked Chocolate.
This 4th of July 1999 I said good-bye to Chocolate for the last time.
Chocolate we miss you and love you very much.
You were a great companion and friend.
(Even though sometimes you were bad and peed in my room.)
Chocolate you're the best and we miss you very much.
We will never forget you.
