Baby was the runt of 12 puppies born.
She was so little and cute the name "Baby" just seemed to fit.
She loved to be held and cuddled as a puppy and also as she got older
even though she was about the size of a miniature pony.
She still loved to sit on our laps and if our backs could handle it be carried.
She was just as loveable and sweet as a dog could be.
She loved the attention we gave her in exchange for all the pleasure
and enjoyment she gave us. She knew she wasn't allowed on the couch
so she would sit on it like a person would with her tail end
plunked up on the edge of the couch and her front legs on the floor.
She also couldn't escape being dressed up like a doll like our
other dogs by our daughter Sandy.
But she liked it or at least put up with it. She liked to go between our
legs part way and have us rub her bad hips. She couldn't run and
play like I know she wanted to but she loved to go for walks.
She enjoyed life for all she was able to and the disease that
finally took her away from us has made us very sad.
She was big but she was the most sweetest loving dog ever.
She is missed very much but we know she is happier now
and able to run and jump and play like she wasn't able to before.
Have fun Baby. You deserve it.
