For Katydid a Border Collie extraordinaire.
For nearly 17 years you were my friend and companion.
I chose you for your mischevious chewing of my sister's shoe lace.
You were my protector walking coach alarm clock and left-over
cleaner-upper. You helped me to find the courage to change my life
for the better. And when you had a stroke last year
we worked together to get you walking again.
Your fighting spirit will remain with me always.
