I just lost B. Baxter Bear.
He came to live with us 7 years ago.
He was a short legged black furry dirty matted hungry dog.
I got him something to eat and he sat up straight as can be.
Needless to say I fell in love with that black furry dog.
I cleaned him up took him to the vet had shots neutered and
checked him over. Vet estimated him to be about 5 yrs. old.
By his appearence we think he was half Basset & half Chow.
He had that low Basset bark and a black tongue.
Very pleasent disposition very laid back.
Beautiful brown eyes that could look you in the face and talk.
I miss my B. Baxter Bear.
Had to put him down last Thursday May 28 1998.
