Midas by John

Despite a heroic fight Midas succumbed to the ravages of bone cancer. He left this earth as proud and dignified as the life he lived.

Midas was a beloved member of our family and a true friend to everyone lucky enough to come to know him.

Although struck down in the prime of his life Midas touched the lives of many in so many different ways.

We are comforted in the thought that he is no longer in pain and that he once again knows the joy of running without being fettered by the diseases of this world.

We love him and we will miss him very very much
