Toonsie Bear
He was a little kitty just 7 pounds or so 16 years old with big green eyes vermilion fur and prominent ears. The neighbor couldnÆt take care of him anymore so we gladly took him in. Toonsie was a quirky cat who liked to eat envelopes drank tap water straight from the bathroom faucet and jumped playfully over dirty piles of laundry. Sometimes he talked to his friends who were invisible to the naked eye in the dark hallway.
With a million different meows he spoke more clearly than any human. He told you when he was hungry when he was scared when he was thirsty to let you know he cared. He was so good at comforting us when we were sick or sad. Our furry little companion who purred our troubles away.
We will miss him bounding in the yard climbing the wooden fence out back scaling the neighbors roof to the side jumping on the top shelves of my slightly open closets. We will miss his cute little face greeting us at night when we come home from work. He was a beautiful sweet soul and our lives were oh so much richer with him in it. We love you Toonsie Bear and always will.
