Sneezy my cat I got when my aunt found you in Aurora near paw paw’s house. My aunt introduced me to you and asked do you think your dad will allow you to have this cat. I already had my dog Sugar and wasn’t sure if dad would let me have you or not so we kept you down at paw paw’s in a box and only let you outside to play with me. You stayed in a special storage garage behind my paw paw’s house on the porch. It connected to the house.
I remember going to my mobile home and asking my dad. I said that my aunt had found a cat and wondered if I could have it and at first my dad hesitated then said yes you can have the cat and I picked you up from my paw paw’s in Aurora and me and my mom took you to the vet and we said to the vet is this cat a boy or girl and the vet said if it doesn’t hold still it’s going to be an it and we had to give you ear medicine and other medicine and you then quit sneezing.
I remember my dad working and then coming home at 10 p.m. or a little after and my dad would say that cat followed me home tonight. Every night you would do that because you stayed mostly outside but you knew my dad’s blue goose station wagon light’s and would follow my dad home. You used to lay on the couch with me on my stomach and you used to lay on a rocking chair. You were a part of the family. You liked being over at Doug and Dora’s mobile home and being with their cats. You were the prettiest boy gray and white cat I ever seen. You were not a fighter either.
I remember one time when you got into a fight with another cat and had scratches all over and near the ears and eyes. We should have always kept you inside but we never thought you would be in a fight. Mom asked dad if you could stay inside the mobile home till you got better and he said yes and then you spent time on the rocking chair and near the heater vent and then you were all better and back outside. You went well.
You are in heaven now with dad and by his side everyday. I’ll be up in heaven someday. You will always be a special memory cat.
