This tribute is to Casper The friendly Ghost and the beauty shop baby that stole the hearts of all the ladies who came to see Him and Mary at Donmar Style salon. Casper was a fixture at the beauty shop as much as the dryers and curling Irons and all the other things that make up the beauty Shop he presided over. Casper was also the protector of his mom Mary after her husband
Don died.
He seemed to know who should and shouldnÆt come near Mary and enforced his beliefs toward mainly men in the shop. He vacationed with Mary in exotic places every year. When his mom was in the hospital Casper always had his special caregivers to take care of him too. Two years ago Casper quit the Collections department at the beauty shop due to health problems and we didnÆt get the pleasure of giving our money to Casper anymore.
His eyesight was failing and he was losing his hearing this last year. Finally the day came when we knew Casper was suffering and his mom Mary had to make the hardest decision that all pet owners have to make. It was the bravest thing that she could do. We contacted the vet and made the arrangements to relieve Casper of the Suffering he was experiencing. We will always love the beauty shop boy with the manicured nails in the collections department. His love and perfectly styled face will always remain in all of our hearts that knew and loved him.
My tribute to you Casper
goes like this:
Casper the friendly dog
had a very lovely life
His smile and twinkle in his eyes
Hold his friends
but alas no wife.
For the beautiful white Maltese
With the manicured nails
Had a dedication to his
mistress in the shop.
A love for all the ladies
entering the shop
And had no time
for a wife.
We will see you soon
when we get to the bridge
Our beautiful dreamer
of the beauty shop.
