What can you say about a one in a million dog, well his name was Winston and very affectionately known as “Big Dog”. You came to live with us from a backyard puppy mill, so scared, we had to carry you to the car to get you home. Over a very short period of time, you came into your own and showed us just how smart you were and how dedicated you were to our family.
Winston, you had such a gentle side, we remember how hard you worked to make friends with all the cats in the house. You will always be remembered for your antics, your strengths and the love you had to give. You were your daddy’s fishing hound and you will be missed everytime your dad picks up his rods. Your love of swimming, playing ball, being a good big brother to the puppies and your devotion to your dad.
All who met you claimed what a handsome dog you were. Your daddy was always proud to show your obedience work to everyone he met. You were a proud and gallant dog and it has been a priviledge to have loved you and shared our lives with you. You were a true gift from God and we will always miss you and never forget you.
