Cassie was my best friend and she went everywhere with me. I will love her forever and think of her every day until we meet again in heaven. She never let on how much she was hurting but was always there with her beautiful face to cheer us up. Even when she wasn’t feeling well she would come to greet me when I walked in the door be it 10am or 3am. She never thought it was too late, too early, too cold, too hot, or complained that she was too tired to be with me and ride with me in the car. She loved the car and we have a picture of her in the car so she can travel with us wherever we go.
I miss her and love her deeply. She was unique, very intelligent, sincere, forgiving, trusting, and just looking at her put a smile on my face no matter how I felt. No other dog could ever take her place. She was the perfect dog. I know she couldn’t hear me when I said goodbye to her (deaf) but I know she knew I loved her.
