Bowtie by Liz Covello / Your Mom now & always

I remember the day my brother brought home Bowtie. It was Valentine’s Day of 1988 he gave the kitten to his girlfriend then they broke up & I took care of. Till I brought her to California in 1990 to my sister’s house. She was all gray with big yellow eyes. The sweetest face you have ever seen. When I came back to NY I just took one of my Kitty’s with me & my sister took very good care of her ever since. Then she told me that Bowtie passed away on Oct 7th of 2003 & it took my breath away. I know I was not with her for all those years but I did go back a few times a years. The last time I saw her was in May of 2003 & she looked so sick. But I will always remember the goods times we had.

She liked to play fetch me. She will always be in my heart until we meet again. Bowtie was a great cat with all my others that I took off the streets of brooklyn & she was the last of my bklyn kitty’s. I now have 4 others in Staten Island, but they were my original Five now they are all gone.

I love them all so very much. G-d keep her happy & safe. Now She is with all of her buddies. I love & miss you Bowtie. I will see you when I get there & Grandma is there to take care of you. Never say good-bye just see you later.
