Augie by Carol Lieberman / Augie’s mommie

Little giant paws as the mysterious sphinx, which stretches across the egyptian desert fierce and proud a roar that rumbled from the depths of his existance he protected his lair, his domain his guardians as if it was a last battle yet to fight a last stand which must be bravely fought he walked proudly his gait slow and deliberate his eyes weary and wise a littlesad, a little knowing, but always resolute out of a life uncertain and bleak he was given a new lease on life a chance to live a bright existance. Our friend our protector Augie the lionhearted forever in our hearts.
