MY BEST FRIEND BEN
I had a dog, his name was Ben.
He was my buddy, my best friend.
Everytime I felt blue
he always knew just what to do.
There was a time when I was glad
But my heart is broke, my heart is sad…
Because today I lost my Ben
He was my buddy, my best friend.
My grandma said
if it rains when you die.
The angels are having one big cry…
The angels really wept that day,
Because they took my Ben away.
For the sky had opened up above.
To receive my Ben with lots of love.
For the soul that was taken.
He was the best
My little Ben was laid to rest.
Cancer took my Ben from me,
But God had mercy and set him free.
So if you have a dog like Ben.
Cherish your buddy,
your best friend.
We love you and miss you with all of our hearts,
