Dylin by The Mau Cats & Leslee / Meowmie and the Kitties

Dylin…what a cat. Would anyone he knew him forget him? No. Never. He was one of those cats, they rarely come around these days: the cats who are heroes, friends, and family just for giving one thing: love. Dylin lost his life in February, on the 23rd, when he decided to take a nap. When he woke up, he found he couldn’t move his back legs. They were paralyzed. No one was home! What could he do? He decided to stay there.

When someone got home, he was taken straight to the vet’s office. Poor Dylin. It was his time, right when he just wasn’t ready. They could not do anything. He was shocked as he heard he’d have to get that shot and be put to sleep. It happened…his soul left for Rainbow Bridge. His tongue came out. His eyes widened. Our baby, gone, but never to be forgotten.

He died at the age of 15. A whopping 108 in cat years. That soft, short fur, not to be touched. That wonderful face not to be seen. No more scratching behind his ears for a long, long time. Tears everyday. Loving him more than we knew we ever did. Thanks for your love, Dylin. Thanks for being here. Thanks for being wonderful, never hiding or hissing. What better cat could we ask for? He was never really famous on the internet….he didn’t need to be.

He was like a superstar. Again, thanks, Dylin…you changed my life in great ways I never thought possible. Goodbye, my forever friend. Farewell.
