Lucky,
I was there when you were born 21 yrs. ago & I fortunately was there when you passed away. You have been a part of my life for so many years. You were born two years after I met my husband John, lived with our poodles & was there to greet my son Matthew the day
we brought him home from the hospital.
I had never known cats & how special they can be until your mother Mink wondered into my yard one day right before you were born. I knew you were my “Lucky Boy” the day you were born! Gray & SO CUTE! You & your niece “Squeaker” & nephew “Snowball” were a part of our lives for over 20 yrs! You outlived them by about a yr. even though you were a year older than them.
You were so close to me-following me everywhere, sitting in my lap at the computer, putting your paws around my neck! You were & always be the special one! Lucky, you were more than a cat to me-you were my “Baby”. You hung in there with kidney disease until the very end-partly to stay with me I know-we couldn’t part!
You will always be part of me & with me till we meet again. Lucky, you were also there for me this past year when John died. I couldn’t have made it without you! You were wise beyond what people sometimes see-just a cat-hardly! I plan to volunteer to help other cats, especially Korats/British Blues, who need either a foster mom or just to help make connections between humans & these special beings
we call “Cats”!
My love forever until we meet again,
